Located at the back of our residential home, it has separate side access and is appointed with queen bed, kitchen incl Delonghi coffee machine and Miele dishwasher, microwave, separate bathroom incl bath and bidet, AC, retractable awning, motorised blinds for privacy, WiFi and TV with streaming channels. Weber BBQ is also available.

Located 400m from the Enmore Theatre and 1.5kms from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA). King St has bus routes direct to the city, RPA, Glebe, Leichhardt and Coogee. It is an 8 minute walk to Newtown station or Enmore Theatre, and a 25 minute walk to RPA.

It has a ramp for disability access, and a small 20mm step into the bathroom. The side access is flat although currently has some gravel, so is tricky for walkers and wheelchairs (work in progress, to be paved).

Unlimited street parking is available. Small pets will be considered.
